You could be eligible for FREE* energy efficiency measures through the Herts Essex Energy Partnership (HEEP). Councils for the 15 areas listed above are working together to bring their residents Government funding in order to provide:
- Cavity Wall Insulation
- Loft Insulation
- Boiler Replacement Grants
